Service overview

Points Around is a web application that lets you enter an address and explore nearby points of interest (by straight line, walking or driving).

Map tiles and place data are provided by third parties, notably Geoapify and OpenStreetMap.

The information provided is indicative and may contain inaccuracies. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial or real-estate advice. You remain solely responsible for your decisions.

Availability and changes

We strive for high availability but offer no guarantee. The service may evolve at any time (content, features, pricing) without prior notice.

Accounts and usage

Premium access is personal and limited to one device/session. Any abusive or automated usage, or attempts to bypass limits (rate limiting, quotas) is forbidden and may lead to suspension.

Premium Pass and payment

Premium Passes are available for limited durations (1, 7 or 30 days). Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your banking details. No automatic renewal is applied to these passes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Points Around and its publishers cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.

Third-party data

Maps and tiles: Geoapify / OpenMapTiles / OpenStreetMap. Points Around and geocoding: Geoapify. Usage is subject to those providers’ policies.

Quotas and technical limits

To preserve resources, a daily global budget caps place/geocoding API calls at 3000 units. Beyond that, some features may temporarily return HTTP 429 (quota exceeded).

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Swiss courts have jurisdiction in case of dispute.
