Privacy Policy

Data collected

We collect only what is necessary to deliver the service: search/POI requests through our backend APIs, a Premium session identifier when applicable, and the details required to manage Premium passes (email, client identifier, device fingerprint and expiry date) stored securely server-side to validate access. We do not profile users.

Cookies and local storage

• “prem” cookie (HttpOnly, required): stores Premium access and its validity period.
• LocalStorage: interface preferences (light/dark theme, language).

Geolocation

If you grant permission in your browser, we use your position to center the map. This data is not stored server-side.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store any card data. Refer to Stripe’s privacy policy for further details.

Communications

Transactional emails (e.g. magic link, receipts) are delivered through Brevo (Sendinblue). Your email address is used solely for these essential notifications and Brevo handles the delivery under its own privacy policy.

Retention

Minimal technical logs (errors, anti-abuse) may be kept briefly. Premium session data is limited to the pass duration.
